It´s really curious, that someone creates the same fictitious name. Should there be legalized the theft of this name?!? I´m blessed if I know. After some judical investigation, I told him, that his claim was not so sure, but that we could come to an agreement. I asked him to adjourn the issue some weeks, because I had my demonstration lessons at that time. After the examinations I came fordward with a proposal, but didn´t get an answer for several weeks. So I filed it.

The weeks went to years, exactly 4, when a letter of an advocate arrived me. The advocate incriminated me to sign with the firm name of his mandant, Bikeomania. This incrimination naturally was wrong, because my homepage is absolutely private and uncommercial.
Though my older rights at the domainname could have dominated the trademark rights, I didn´t push my luck and agreed to the abdication of the domainname "Bikeomania". In return I claimed an allowance. At that time I was engaged by the construction of our house.

Therefore the name "Bikeomania" changed to "Crazy-to-Bike".
